All dates listed below are valid unless otherwise stated on the front of your bill.

Payment Due Date:            10th of Every Month 

Late Fee Assessment:       3:30 p.m. on the 10th of Every Month 

Lock Fee Assessment:      3:30 p.m. on the 19th of Every Month

Lock Day:                               8:00 a.m. on the 20th of Every Month

Failure to Receive Bill Does Not Waive Penalty!

USPS Post Marks Will Not be Accepted as Timely Payment!

South Freestone County WSC offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

View Your Account History OR Pay Your Bill Online

South Freestone County WSC is proud to offer the convenience of online bill payment to our customers. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and E-Check. There will be a third party convenience fee to use this system. Click the red button below to register, then click the green button below to access our secure payment portal. You must set this up in our online system, we can not process this in the office.  You may also pay by phone. Simply dial (844)278-7792 to make your secure payment.  

You can also View Your Account History without paying your bill online. To do this, simply click on the red "Register-Online Bill Pay" button, register your account and then either login or come back to this screen and click the green "View/Pay My Bill" button to access your account.  You will only have to register your account one time.  Once you have registered your account you will be able to click the green "View/Pay My Bill" button from there on.  This will allow you to view your payment history and set up E-bills.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, payments must be received in our office by 3:30 p.m. on the 10th of every month.  If received after 3:30 p.m. on the 10th a late fee of $15.00 will be assessed to your water account.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill online. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank or credit card account and credited to your utility account. To set up Automated Bank Draft online, simply click the red button above to register your account and then log into your account to access our secure payment portal (online bill pay).  One online payment must clear your bank/credit card account before you can set up the monthly auto payment.  Once your bank or credit card account has been verified you will be able to log back in and set up Auto Payments.  There will be a third party convenience fee to use this system.  You must set this up online, we can not process this in the office.

ACH - Monthly Auto Pay Through Our Office

The worry-free way to pay your water bill automatically.  With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your checking account and credited to your utility account.  Please print the ACH authorization form under the Forms & Reports tab, complete and deliver the form to our office.  These forms are also available in our office.  There is no fee associated with this option.  These payments must be monthly recurring payments via checking account only.  No credit cards or one time payments will be accepted via ACH.  

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 

Online Bill Payment thru Your Banking Institution

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to 14 business days to post to the customer's account as some banks mail a check to our office, while others direct deposit to us. Please consult with your bank for more information.
