New Service Fees, as of August 15, 2024:
New Meter Installation: $4,275.00
- $1,500.00 - New Meter/Tap Fee;
- $2,500.00 - Capital Improvement Fee;
- $200.00 - Membership Fee; plus
- $75.00 - Customer Service Inspection Fee
$4,275.00 - Total
If extension or road bore is needed this will be in addition to the total stated above.
Re-connect Meter: $875.00
- $600.00 - Reconnect Fee;
- $200.00 - Membership Fee; plus
- $75.00 - Customer Service Inspection Fee
$875.00 - Total
$175.00 - Service Investigation/Inquiry Fee - This fee will be assessed if quote for residential new service requires on location measurements, extensions, road bores or TxDOT involvement etc. Fee will be credited to your New Meter Installation cost, but is non-refundable.
Subdivision/Developer/Realtor - Please contact the office at 903-389-5952. The above rates do not apply in this situation. Engineering will likely be required if more than one (1) meter is needed.
