Office Holiday Closings & Office Closing for Computer Replacements

Office Closed to Public for Computer Replacement & Software Upgrades:
December 30, December 31 & January 2
Phones will be intermittent during this time and we will not have access to your billing or water usage account information during, please plan accordingly. If your water meter has been locked for non-payment please call 903-389-5952, tell the answering service you have no water, they will contact us. We aplogize for this inconvenience, we tried to pick the slowest time of the year to make these changes.
Office Closed for Holidays:
December 24 - Close at 12:00
December 25 & December 26 - Closed
January 1st - Closed
Payments can be made via drop box, phone system at 844-278-7792 or www.southfreestonewater.com.
If you have water emergencies please call the main office number at 903-389-5952, the answering service will contact the field operator on call.
