The Board of Directors has voted to fund an annual scholarship for graduating seniors. Number of scholarships and amounts will be determined by annual budget and donations. Contact the office at 903-389-5952 to set up your monthly or one-time donation.

Emerging Leaders Graduation 2024

Our very own General Manager, Christal Smith, graduated Texas Rural Water Association's Emerging Leaders program March 28, 2024. This program is a nine month long professional development and networking program for up and coming leaders in the Texas rural water industry.
