Payment & Lock Policy
Your water bill payment is due in our office on the 10th of every month by 3:30 p.m. Our software closes the day at 3:30 p.m. Any payments received after 3:30 p.m. will go on the next business day. Late penalties are $15.00 per month and will be assessed at 3:30 p.m. the 10th of every month. LOCK DAY is on the 20th of every month. We will not give courtesy phone calls. You may sign up for email or text alerts. A $50.00 per meter lock fee will be assessed at 3:30 p.m. on the 19th of every month, no exceptions. We will not unlock meters after business hours or on weekends. The amount owed as of lock day plus the $50.00 lock fee must be paid in full for your meter to be unlocked. Once your meter is locked you have 10 days to pay your balance in full or your meter will be pulled. In order to have your meter re-installed you will be responsible for paying the reconnect fee of $550.00, Customer Service Inspection Fee of $75.00 and the Membership fee of $200.00 for a total of $825.00 plus your outstanding balance. It is a criminal offense to tamper with a water meter. Cut lock fee: 1st offense $100.00, 2nd offense $270.00, 3rd offense $270.00 and criminal charges for tampering with a water meter.
Drop Box Policy
A drop box is located at the exit gate for your convenience. This box is checked at 8:00 a.m. Monday - Friday. Any payments dropped in drop box after 8:00 a.m. will go on the next business day. Please make sure your account number and name is attached to your payment. If you drop cash, please put in an envelope with your name and account number.
